Charles Gleek serves as the Chair of the Department of Social Sciences and Instructor of Geopolitics at The North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, FL. His subject area interests lie in 20th Century Global History, particularly in Diplomacy and Armed Conflict. In terms of teaching practice, Mr. Gleek’s attention is focused on active and experiential learning (research design, project management, and service learning) as well as employing the collaborative use of technology within the learning process. In addition to his administrative and instructional opportunities, Charles acts as the faculty adviser for the school’s Model United Nations program, Financing Peace microfinancing project, and serves as an assistant coach for the Boys’ Varsity Soccer team. Charles Gleek lives in Boca Raton Florida with his partner of of eleven years and their two daughters.
