Ivory Coast Violence Turns To Massacre : NPR

Forces loyal to internationally recognized president Alassane Outtara in the African nation are fighting pitched street battles with supporters of incumbent president Laurent Gbagbo. The violence comes as more details emerge about a massacre in an Ivory Coast city that left as many as 1,000 people dead.
